Welcome to Ortwein!

I am the proud principal of this amazing school, Traci Holloway. I am both humbled by and grateful for the opportunity to lead a community of thriving learners, involved families, and dedicated staff. My goal is to create a fun, engaging, and safe academic and social environment that operates with the philosophy “This is a place for kids!”

    • We recently adopted updated grading practices to reflect Distance Learning:

  • We will serve breakfast and lunch at our school Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-10:00 am. Service will be outside near the Multipurpose Room and is open to any CCSD student. Students and parents must wear a face covering and food cannot be eaten on the school grounds. Meals for CCSD students are no cost to families at any CCSD site serving meals. Students and families must be able to provide the student id number to receive meals.
